You can change your consent preferences at any time, upon providing reasonable, advance notice, by contacting Events.com. To change your preferences, refer to the "How to contact us" section below.
When Events.com may disclose your Personal Information
Events.com may disclose Personal Information when an individual has provided consent for the disclosure. For example, Events.com may disclose information in the following circumstances:

In other cases, we operate online transaction sites, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. We may also share your Personal Information with third party organizations in order to offer you a product or service. Any third party involved will be evident to you in the process, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party with your consent;
- we also provide personal information about registrants/participants to the Event;
In the event sensitive Personal Information is provided to Events.com, we will not disclose such Personal Information unless it is required by law or we otherwise have your consent.
Where Events.com shares Personal Information with organizations that perform services on its behalf (e.g., to fulfil orders, deliver correspondence/packages, remove repetitive information from customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, process credit card payments, and provide customer services, etc.), we will require those service providers to use such information solely for the purposes of providing services to Events.com and to have appropriate safeguards for the protection of that Personal Information. However, where Personal Information is stored outside of Canada (e.g. the United States), it may be subject to the laws of that country and no contractual provision can override those laws. - Events.com believes, upon reasonable grounds, that it is necessary to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of an identifiable person or group; or
- the information is public.
Where obliged or permitted to disclose information without consent, Events.com will not disclose more information than is required.
