Not a problem, first try to direct them to their participant dashboard, here they will have the option to change their basic information. If you are making the change yourself, follow these simple steps:
- Click on 'Modify Participant Information' tool
- Begin searching a participant by typing the first name, last name or JME# - a list of relevant participants will show up. Click on the correct participant - once you are sure you have the correct entry, click 'Modify'
- Change the applicable information and click 'save'
If the above is unsuccessful, or you cannot find the participant, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Not a problem, in the dashboard, click on the 'Manage Activity Caps' tool. Here you can add or edit a limit on any activity associated with your form. You can also view the number of participants per activity and see available positions.
Of course! Use your 'Manage Discount Codes' tool in the dashboard. Here you can add, edit or delete any discount code applicable to your form. Customize the code based on percent or dollar discount, the expiration date, which activity it is associated with, and even limit the number of uses for the code.
