What is the fee to transfer?
The fee to transfer your down and dirty Mud Hero extravaganza over to some one else is $15.
If I have a team of 10 or more, can I get a discount code?
Please email info@mudhero.com for a discount code and all the dirty details.
I am unable to attend Mud Hero. Is it possible to get my money back or defer my registration until next year?
Unfortunately, Mud Hero does not issue any refunds or deferrals over to following year.
What is the minimum age to participate and volunteer?
The minimum age to participate is 14 years of age by December 31st of the event year. The same applies for all volunteers.
I don't have proper ID? Will that be a problem?
Our exceptional Mud Hero Registration team loves to have an ID for each person---security and ownership reasons et al. However, a copy of your original confirmation will be just fine as a last resort.
How do we access results and photos?
Sometimes it takes a day or two for your photos and results to be posted. Please go to www.mudhero.com and select the Mud Hero event that applies to you. There will be a link for all your dirty details!
Also note that your free photos will be emailed to you after the event. Check out www.zoomphoto.ca and don't forget to check your spam file... you never know, especially with the new rules!!
Where and when do I sign a waiver and pick up my bib and shirt?
Every future Mud Hero will sign their own waiver, line up at the Registration tent under their last name to pick up their race kit (bib, timing chip and t-shirt) ...BUT ...only on their event day! There are no pre-race day pick ups.
What time do I need to be at the event?
We ask that all Super Mud Heroes arrive one and a half hours prior to their wave start time. This gives everyone enough time to park, sign a waiver, pick up their race kit, check their stuff at the gear bag check, use the facilities, hydrate and line up at the start line 15 minutes prior to your wave start time with no stress!
I lost my shirt and medal. Can I get another one sent to me?
Unfortunately, we are not mailing out any items this year. Perhaps, if you are at any of our other events across Canada then you may pick up one or next year pick up a few extras!
Do you charge for spectators?
Absolutely not! Why would we charge your friends to watch you have fun?
I am unable to make it to the event and registration is now closed. Can someone else participate under my name?
We do not like to do this, but know that this happens. You will sign your own waiver, and then line up at the registration tent under the original person's last name to pick up your kit. You will not need photo id, but a copy of the original confirmation.
