To purchase a 2014 Subaru Western Triathlon Series Seasons Pass using please follow these steps:

  2. Use your Visa, Mastercard or AMEX credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have submitted on this form. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

Registration Policy

  • After January 31st, 2014 all entries are non-refundable. On or before January 31st, refunds are permissible less a $50 fee, plus GST and processing (applicable taxes and processing). Participants withdrawing from the race WILL NOT be issued a refund after January 31st.

  • Entries MAY NOT be transferred to another person. Likewise, Seasons Passes MAY NOT be shared among different people. Only the person who is registered for the Seasons Pass may use it.

  • If you have purchased a Seasons Pass and cannot race due to medical conditions, you may defer your Seasons Pass to next year for a $75 fee, plus GST and processing before the registration deadline of the first Series event of the season (May 22nd). Deferrals will not be allowed after this date. You will also have to provide medical evidence from a doctor. Transfers to another person are not permitted with a Seasons Pass.

  • You must race in the event in order to pick up your race package and/or receive your garment.

  • Deferrals are a one-time option. If you deferred your pass to the 2014 season, you MAY NOT defer again the following year.

  • An injury or illness will not exclude you from any of the above stated policies.

  • The Series Staff reserves the right to deny any transfers or deferrals for any reason.

  • The Series staff reserves the right to modify the course at any time to ensure the safety of the participants.

TriBC, ATA or STAC Memberships

  • An additional "Day of Race" license fee of $45 will be charged if no current and VALID 2014 TriBC, ATA or STAC membership # is provided. If you have a membership from another province or country, you must pay the "Day of Race" license fee (only Tri BC, ATA and STAC memberships are eligible as per the insurance policy). Please note that this fee is not for the purchase of an annual provincial membership. If TriBC, ATA or STAC 2014 memberships are not available at the time of this registration you will be reimbursed $45 upon request with proof of new membership by January 31st, 2014. No reimbursements will be available after this date.
  • In order to have the "Day of Race" license fee waived, a current and valid 2014TriBC, ATA or STAC # must be provided. Membership #'s are now being validated against current membership databases. In order to properly validate your membership, please ensure that your date of birth and Membership Number are accurate. ATA #s must have a prefix of "ATA" or "14ATA" before the number. STAC #’s must have a prefix of "STAC" before the number. If your membership expires for any reason before the race date, you are obligated to renew your membership in order to receive insurance coverage and be allowed entry to the races. Proof of membership will be required at time of race package pick-up.

I, the applicant, understand that for the purposes of this Waiver, the "Event" is defined as all activities related to the Subaru Western Triathlon Series races including but not limited to the primary sporting activity, other associated sporting activities, associated training camps, socials, clinics, and gatherings. I, the applicant, on behalf of myself, members of my family, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless LifeSport Holdings Inc., LifeSport Properties Inc., Triathlon British Columbia, Alberta Triathlon Association,and Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation representatives and agents including without limitation, Event sponsors, Event directors, Event contractors, Event producers, municipal, provincial, federal governing agencies, park governing agencies, and all other entities associated or involved in the organization or staging of the Event, volunteers, all venues in which Events or segments of Events are held, and the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of any of the above, from all claims or liabilities for death, personal injury, property damage, theft or damages of any kind, howsoever incurred, which arise out of or relate to my participation in, or my traveling to and from, or in any way connected to, the Event, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in LifeSport Holdings Inc., LifeSport Properties Inc., Triathlon British Columbia, Alberta Triathlon Association and Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation organized Events and activities and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of LifeSport Holdings Inc., LifeSport Properties Inc., Triathlon British Columbia, Alberta Triathlon Association,Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation or any of their respective representatives or agents.

I agree not to sue any of the persons or entities mentioned above for any of the claims or liabilities that I have waived, released or discharged herein; and I indemnify and hold harmless the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions during and participation in this Event.

I hereby agree that in the event of the Event cancellation due to a storm, rain, winds, inclement weather, or other "Acts of God" conditions, my registration fee shall not be refunded. I hereby grant full permission and licence to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this Event for any purpose including commercial use, for no cost or charge. I understand and agree that my email address and contact information will be shared with the Official Event Photographer. I understand and agree that my email address will beused in the distribution of the Official Series newsletter and Official Coaching newsletter.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the roadworthiness and correct operation of my bicycle, and any other equipment used by me during the Event. I realize that I may be subject to unannounced drug testing as provided for by Triathlon Canada's agreement with the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.

I acknowledge that a triathlon Event is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. I herby assume those risks, and I agree that I participate in the Event entirely at my own risk. I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this Event, have taken all precautions which are necessary and prudent for my safe participation, and have not been advised against participation by a qualified health professional. I acknowledge that the various race sponsors, organizers and administrators, permitting me to participate in this Event, accept my statements on this release waiver.

I hereby affirm that I am nineteen (19) years of age or older. If I am younger than nineteen (19) years of age, a parent or guardian must enter their name in the box below signifying their permission for me to enter this Event.
